B. Information We Collect Automatically
This data is collected from your device and your use of the Services.
Location Information: We collect precise location data from your device when you are using the app and, with your consent, sometimes when the app is running in the background. This is essential for features like matching, fare calculation, and safety.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide the Services: We use your data to connect Riders with Drivers, enable trip requests, process payments, and provide you with trip updates and receipts.
For Safety and Security: We use data to verify user identity, conduct necessary background checks on Drivers, and to investigate safety incidents or claims. We use automated tools to monitor for patterns that may indicate fraudulent or dangerous behavior.
For Administrative Purposes: We use your data to respond to your questions and requests for support, to send you account-related communications, and for internal quality control.

De-identified and Aggregated Information Use: We may use your personal data to create de-identified and/or aggregated information for research, internal analysis, and other business purposes. This de-identified information is not personal data.
4. Core Automated Processes
nextRIDE uses automated processes to enable essential parts of our Services. These processes are vital for providing a seamless, reliable, and safe experience.
Matching: Our algorithms use factors like your location, requested destination, the proximity and availability of Drivers, and traffic conditions to efficiently match you with an available Driver.
Pricing: Fares are determined algorithmically based on factors such as the service type, estimated time and distance, the availability of Drivers, and current demand ("surge pricing").
Fraud Prevention: We use algorithms and machine learning models to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. These tools analyze real-time and historical data to identify suspicious patterns that may indicate misuse of the platform or other security risks.
5. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with the following parties:
With Other Users: We share limited information between Riders and Drivers to facilitate the ride. For example, a Rider receives the Driver’s name, photo, vehicle details, and current location. A Driver receives the Rider’s name and pickup location.

For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe it's required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal request from authorities (e.g., law enforcement, public health officials). This includes sharing information to enforce our Terms and Conditions or to protect the safety, rights, or property of nextRIDE, our users, or the public.
